Help Natalie fight cancer and support her family
Donation protected
Our most dear friend Natalie has spent her entire life giving to others. A dedicated frontline worker, she served tirelessly in the NHS Ambulance Service and Kent Fire and Rescue Service — never once taking a day off sick. She was the one who showed up in others’ darkest hours. Now, she needs our help.
In 2007, Natalie sustained a catastrophic spinal cord injury after breaking her neck at C5–C7, leaving her permanently disabled. Just two years later, complications from life-saving surgery left her nil by mouth and fighting a brain infection due to metalwork in her neck. Despite these unimaginable setbacks, Natalie pushed forward with courage and strength.
Most recently, she’s been dealt another devastating blow — an aggressive breast cancer diagnosis. She has already endured multiple surgeries and rounds of chemotherapy. Now she faces even more intensive treatment, including further chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Natalie is not only battling cancer while living with a spinal cord injury — she’s also a devoted wife and mother to two beautiful daughters, aged 12 and 9.
This page has been set up to help ease the financial strain this journey brings. The goal is simple: to support Natalie and her family with the additional costs of living with a disability while undergoing cancer treatment. This includes helping cover travel to appointments, specialised care needs, adaptive equipment, and—most importantly—allowing the family to spend quality time together without financial worry.
Natalie has spent her life helping others. It’s time we help her.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for standing with Natalie.
