I never thought I’d be writing something like this.

My name is Natalie, and I’m a single mom to my little boy, Jax. We’ve been living in a home that turned out to have severe mold issues, and it’s made us both very sick — constant fatigue, headaches, respiratory problems, and days where I can barely function. I’ve done everything I can to keep things together while fighting for testing, answers, and a safe space for us, but I’ve hit a wall.

On top of that, I recently became a single parent. I’ve been trying to work, take care of my health, and be there for my son, but it’s gotten to the point where we can’t stay here any longer.

I’m raising funds to cover:

• Temporary housing while I find a safe place

• A deposit and first month’s rent for a new home

• Moving and cleaning costs (to avoid bringing contamination with us)

• Medical bills to get us both healthy again.

Every dollar goes directly toward getting Jax somewhere clean and safe.

Even $5 or $10 makes a difference — it’s one more step toward breathing fresh air and sleeping without fear of getting sicker.
