My Name is Natalie Garcia, and I have 4 wonderful Boys. We recently had our last son Nathan 9 months ago. Sadly, with issues of EDD we both had to return to work sooner than expected. My Husband De'Andre Arkansas had a Stroke & had to get a heart Procedure. A week ago. Recovery will be very hard & he will be out of work and on disability. He is expected to do a full recovery, but we don't know how long it will take. I myself will be out on Leave from work to help with his recovery. (We ask if you are able to help with anything possible, we greatly appreciate it as a Family. We just had a lot of people ask how they could help & decided to do this so it's easier.
