Help Natalia's Family Survive in Ukraine
Donation protected
Natalia Lebedeva's family is trapped in Kyiv, Ukraine. Her parents, Lyuba and Vasiliy Lebedeva, are trying to shelter in a home close to the city center with their daughter and three grandchildren (Natalia's sister and nieces and nephew). They are trapped by the war raging around them. Lyuba and Vasiliy, are risking their lives to provide food and supplies to Ukrainian resistance fighters and shelter to other Ukrainians. They are small business owners and they have spent all their money purchasing supplies. Every day is a struggle to find food and to stay alive. They both have health issues that require essential medicines that they now have to ration with only a few days of pills left.
After 6 days of hiding in a basement to survive constant bombing, Natalia's sister, Anya Lebedeva and her four children escaped the decimated city of Kharkiv on March 2, 2022 to seek refuge at the Poland border. They are currently on hour 15 of waiting in freezing temperatures at the border crossing to enter Poland. Their home has been leveled by bombs. They left only with the clothes on their back.
Natalia has exhausted her personal resources helping her family. She is hoping to raise enough money for food and medicine to keep her family alive. Your donation will go towards helping to purchase food, supplies and medicines for Lyuba, Vasiliy, her nieces and nephews, and other Ukrainians they are helping. Funds will also go to help Anya and her children as refugees in Poland to purchase food, clothing, medicine, and to find shelter.
