Natalia is not just a fighter, she’s a light in the lives of everyone who knows her. Diagnosed with metastatic osteosarcoma in September 2022 at just 15 years old, Natalia has faced this journey with courage, grace, and a strength beyond her years.

Since her diagnosis, she has undergone chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and radiation treatments at SickKids. Despite these immense challenges, Natalia has remained focused on her future. She recently received acceptance letters from three universities, a testament to the hard work, discipline, and resilience she has shown in maintaining a high GPA throughout her treatment.

Beyond her academic achievements, Natalia is full of life and creativity. She has a deep love for baking and finds joy in expressing herself through it. She’s also a huge fan of The Weeknd, his music has been a constant source of comfort and motivation during the hardest moments of her journey.

Natalia is a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, and a loyal friend. She brings warmth and joy into every space she enters, and now, she needs the support of her community more than ever.

SickKids has advised that they've provided the full extent of the care available at their facilities. As such, this fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden of ongoing treatments, travel, and medical expenses as Natalia and her family prepare to continue life saving treatment at a specialized oncology facility in the United States.
