Dear, compassionate people,
I am Mahmoud Nasser Abu Watfa. I am 30 years old and I have been married to Sabreen for 3 years.
Our son Nasser was born during the war in Gaza. He grew up in bloodshed and bombing and did not see anything beautiful. He was deprived of childhood and a safety and lives a life of hardship in worn-out tents, heat, fear and destruction.
Before the war, I worked as a foreman in a marble and stone production company. My wife studied at the university, in the field of medical analysis. My family home in northern Gaza was bombed, my company was destroyed, and we no longer have a source of income.
We have been displaced countless times since the war started and now live in a displacement camp in Khan Yunis, in a tent that offers little protection. The tent is old and worn and we desperately need funds to purchase a new one before winter sets in.
We also need funds for transportation back to Northern Gaza, where our home used to be. We want to pitch our tent here and start rebuilding our lives. The costs of transport is at least 2100 shekels (around $634).
In addition to this, we need donations to purchase new winter clothes and to buy food for the family regularly.
Life is difficult, so we ask for your help to save our son Nasser and to rebuild our home and our future.
Please share and donate.
