Hi Everyone,

This is Nash, our handsome, charming, and extremely loving 2-year-old boy who has stolen the hearts of everyone he meets.

Nash was due to leave for his new home next week (I decided to retire him early as he craves human attention so much) but sadly, he climbed the fence in his enclosure (as he always does) and when turning to jump down, his back leg got stuck and his weight as he dropped combined with the twist has snapped two bones in his back leg. He’s been such a brave boy and hasn’t complained once, not even a meow! He is now on strong pain meds and requires urgent specialist surgery to repair the damage and give him the best chance of walking (and running, jumping, and playing again) if the specialist advises, he will have to have an amputation instead.

The estimated cost for his full treatment is around £5,000, which includes:

• Orthopaedic surgery by a specialist

• X-rays and diagnostic scans

• Pain management and medication

• Post-operative care and rehabilitation

We’re completely heartbroken, but determined to do everything we can to give Nash the chance he deserves and his new family are determined to have him regardless which is such amazing news. Unfortunately, the cost is far beyond what we can manage alone and that’s why we’re reaching out for help.
