My name is Napoleon Donnell Rhodes II, and I am reaching out to ask for your help as I work to complete my final year at Nevada Career Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada. After more than 20 years serving in various nursing departments in California and Nevada, I felt called to return to school and pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a Surgical Technologist in the First Assistant position. This journey is not just about a career change—it's about fulfilling a calling to serve God and others in a new and meaningful way.

Returning as a non-traditional student has brought unique challenges, but also a wealth of life experience that I bring to my studies. Unfortunately, the job I relied on to support my education closed, and I now find myself in need of help to cover tuition, books, essential fees, housing, living expenses, and transportation for my final year. Achieving this degree will allow me to continue serving in the operating room, working alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to care for patients and their loved ones during critical moments.
