My name is Tizeta Hundea, and I am reaching out to you with a mother’s plea for help. My 13-year-old son, Naowl Teresa, is a bright and loving grade 8 student whose life changed overnight. One day, Naowl suddenly became very sick. We rushed him to the clinic, and after several tests, the doctors gave us heartbreaking news: both of his kidneys have failed.

As a parent, it is devastating to watch your child suffer and not be able to provide the care he desperately needs. Naowl now requires a kidney transplant to survive, but the costs for his treatment, medical care, travel, and even daily needs are far beyond what our family can afford. Every day is a struggle, and I am doing everything I can to keep hope alive for my son.
