On July 15 Nano was hit by a motorcycle  while riding his bicycle. A Harley clipped his front wheel and sent him flying into the intersection. After he was rushed to the ER, a CT scan revealed that he had broken 6 bones in his upper back. The bones are called spinous process and are directly in between the shoulders, T2-T8. He’s currently undergoing a painful recovery and has to be off work until October, which means he’s missing three months of paychecks. The temporary disability insurance he was approved for hasn’t kicked in yet, and isn’t enough to cover rent, bills, food, transportation plus things he needs to manage his pain like medication, sleeping accommodations and pain relief patches, etc. Thank you so much for reading and helping him get through this tough time!
