Help Nancy’s Family Rebuild After the Palisades Fire

To our incredible circle of friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

One of my dearest friends, Nancy, and her family have tragically lost their home in the Palisades fire. I’ve known Nancy for years—we met at San Jose State University, and from the start, I could tell she was someone special. She's kind, welcoming, with a great sense of humor, always quippy and fun. Over the years, she’s been there for me through thick and thin, and I’m so grateful that she and her family are safe after the devastating fire.

Sadly, they are now left with only two small bins and three suitcases to their name. Everything they’ve worked for is gone. Their family’s car was also destroyed, and the church they’ve attended for years has burned down, leaving their sense of community shaken. To make matters even more difficult, their child's school was also lost in the fire, and their dog, Comet, is currently in boarding.

I’m launching this campaign to help Nancy and her family regain stability and start rebuilding their lives. These funds will be used to help replace some of what they’ve lost—starting with securing a stable place to live, food, clothing, and other essential household items. Every donation, no matter how small, will help them on their path toward recovery.
