Hello, my name is Barbara. I am trying to do everything in my power to help a very dear friend of mine. She has been a part of my life for 45 years. She is more than just a friend; she’s my family. Anyone who knows me knows Nancy and her kids. She has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Now it’s my turn to try and help her and her family.

Two weeks ago, the unthinkable happened to them. They lost their home to flooding and disaster, and were told today it’s not covered through her home insurance. Now, she and her family need to figure out where to go from here. She needs to find a new home and replace everything in it, on top of still being responsible for the mortgage on a home she cannot be in. Any little bit can help. God bless everyone.
