This Christmas season was already a difficult one for Nancy. Earlier this year, she lost her husband, Dan, and was facing her first holidays without him. Then, tragedy struck again.

Just days after Christmas, Nancy’s 150-year-old barn — a place that held most of Dan’s personal belongings and memories — was destroyed in a devastating fire. Nothing could be saved. In a matter of minutes, irreplaceable possessions, family history, and treasured memories were lost forever.
