Help Nancy Malpica Vidaurreta

My dear friends and family. We are asking for your help due to a medical emergency. Javier’s mom–my sister in Law, Nancy, who many of you know personally– is in Venezuela and is in dire need of a surgery to amputate her leg due to diabetes complications. As you know, the political situation in Venezuela has deteriorated terribly in the last years and you cannot even get an aspirin until you pay for it first– even if you once had the best possible insurance. None of that counts anymore. If you can find it in your hearts (and your wallets) to help her, it will be truly appreciated. I know all of us are going through difficult times but I must ask for contributions to help her out. There’s not much I can do on a teacher’s pension.
