**Help Nancy Serna Fight Cancer Again**

Dear Friends and Family,

We are reaching out to share the story of our incredible mother, Nancy Serna, who is facing a new and daunting challenge in her life. At the age of 53, our mother has always been a beacon of love and kindness in our lives. A devoted mother of four, her youngest child being only 13 years old, and she is also a proud grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren who light up her world.

In 2014 our mother bravely fought cervical cancer and after a hard-fought battle, has been in remission for 11 years. As with everything, some treatments have side effects and the extensive radiation treatments she underwent during her previous fight may have contributed to her current health crisis. Recently, our mother was diagnosed with an aggressive form of uterine cancer, a devastating turn of events that has left our family in shock.

To make matters more difficult, our mother does not have insurance to help cover the costs associated with her treatment. The financial burden of diagnostic testing (specifically an urgently needed PET Scan to see if the cancer has not spread), a complex hysterectomy, chemotherapy, radiation, and other potential surgeries is overwhelming, and our family is seeking your support during this challenging time. We want to ensure that our mother receives the best care possible to fight this aggressive cancer, just as she fought before.

Our mother has always been the heart of our family, nurturing us with her love and wisdom. Now, she needs our help. Your contributions, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in her journey towards recovery.
