Nancy, a close friend of my sister in Uruguay, is suffering from a life-threatening medical condition and needs an estimated $100k to get the necessary treatment in the United States. She suffers from Spinocerebellar Ataxia, an inherited condition that progressively limits her motor skills. He is currently undergoing physical therapy to improve his balance so that he can continue to walk without stumbling.
