Hi, my name is Lisa Eik and I'm fundraising for my baby sister Nancy Eik. For those who don't know Nancy has been in and out of the hospital since the pandemic started in 2020. Unfortunately shes been admitted to the ER and is hospitalized since August 11th, 2021.

In the beginning while in the ER Nancy had different episodes of swelling and inflammation throughout her whole body due to lack of oxygen, they injected her with an Epipen to open up her airways.

Nancy had two biopsy procedures which came out to be inconclusive. They've done many tests and in spite of that they're stating it's a case so rare they've never encountered it before. Her illness is still unknown.

Nancy had to be transferred from St. Joseph hospital located in Stockton to UCSF for a second opinion and to perform another biopsy.

Her body has been through so much that she's losing majority of her hair which causes her more depression.

Since Nancy is hospitalized she's not able to work she can't provide and care for her family at home. She have four amazing kids and their dad who's also trying to juggle both with Nancy sickness and the kids school. With that being said they're struggling financially and we are asking for donations that will temporarily keep them afloat until Nancy recovers from this illness.
