
Glencoe fire makes family homeless
A house fire in Glencoe has left a family homeless.
Nancy Perovic and her special needs daughter Ella were renting out an apartment in the home to allow Ella to finish the school year at NTHS. The fire occurred after Ella turned on a old hallogen lamp and fabric caught on fire. Ella is now having having anxiety attacks and worried that " people are mad at me for turning on the lamp" All including social services and NTHS are helping her process the shock and trauma, to assure her it was an accident.
Their apartment was torched and the Perovics lost everything.
Funds are needed at this time to help Nancy and Ella get back on their feet.
