Nancy and Albert are well known in the Coaldale community, known for their kindness and generosity. Today, they are facing challenges that no one should have to endure alone.

After returning from a holiday in South Africa, they discovered that their bank account had been hacked and funds are missing. Despite their efforts, the bank has offered little help, leaving them with mounting bills and financial stress.

As if that weren’t enough, Nancy suffered a stroke last week and is currently recovering in the hospital. Her strength and positivity shine through, but the road ahead will be long and uncertain. Albert has taken time off work to remain by her side, supporting her through every step of recovery.

Together, they are staying strong, but the combination of lost income, medical recovery, and financial strain has taken a heavy toll.
