Gone too soon!!! Dr. Nana Ama Hill. A loving child and sister, a devoted wife and mother, a very hardworking student, a favorite teacher and mentor, a dear and uplifting friend, above all a delightful and joyful servant of God. She was a clinical student in her third year of medicine at ROSS University school of medicine. She battled breast cancer since March of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. She underwent treatment and recovered well, studied hard, and sat for her step 1 USMLE. She passed on the first trial. She later decided to go visit with her family in Ghana during which time she experienced a brief episode of shortness of breath. She was taken to a local hospital right away where she received medical care, but unfortunately she passed away leaving behind her husband Phil and three young boys of ages 12,11, and 9. Their lives have forever changed since the passing of their beloved. These brilliant young boys have always had great ambitions and aspire to become doctors and lawyers in the future. Their plan is to build a hospital and name it after their mom. Please help contribute money towards their tuition to make their dreams come true. Every little bit will help. One thing for sure we know is that Nana is looking down and watching over her family. We have too many questions to ask, but who are we to judge God's decision? As she will always say "it's well, by His grace!!... She was 39. Her husband Phillip Hill will be in charge of the funds raised towards this course.
