Help for Nana after the McCaysville flood

On November 5th, the town of McCaysville flooded quickly and unexpectedly, turning Nana’s life upside down in a matter of moments. Nana is a beloved family member who is now facing the overwhelming task of recovering from the damage and loss caused by the flood. At 80 years old, Nana is living on a fixed income and also needs oxygen 24/7, which makes this situation even more difficult. In addition to the emotional toll of such a sudden disaster, many of Nana’s personal belongings inside the home were lost, and the only vehicle Nana had was devastated in the flood.

This fundraiser is being created to help Nana with the most urgent needs during this difficult time. Donations will go toward food, household items, replacing personal belongings lost in the home, and helping Nana replace the only vehicle that was damaged in the flood.
