Help Namrata Get Her Lawyering License!!

Hello!!! My name is Namrata Jacob and I’m a Woodruff Fellow at Emory Law School in my final semester! I’ve been very blessed to have earned a full-tuition scholarship to attend law school, but unfortunately the pecuniary journey to becoming a licensed lawyer does not end there~

I’m raising money to take the Georgia bar in July. I’ve been an advocate for social justice my entire life, and I came to law school with the singular intent of furthering that cause! However, the bar is prohibitively expensive (perhaps designed that way??)—I’m biting the bullet and doing it anyway because it would be a little silly not to. But also mostly because I know I have what it takes to make a difference in the world, and it would be a shame to be limited in how far I can go!
