Help Namory Get Back on the Road!

Hi there! My name is Liz, and I'm reaching out to you on behalf of my friend, Namory Keita, who could use some help.

Just as Namory was leaving for his winter trip to visit family in Guinea, the timing belt broke in his car, causing severe damage to the engine. Fortunately, a fellow student of Namory's found a reliable mechanic who can replace the engine. However, the repairs come with a hefty price tag of nearly $4000.

As any of you who have studied with him know, Namory plays a vital role in our community, teaching and sharing his rich cultural heritage through drumming and storytelling. Unfortunately, without a functioning car, he'll face challenges returning to work next month when he returns to Maine from Guinea.

This is where we come in! We're rallying together to support Namory by raising funds to cover the cost of his car repairs. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact.
