Help Save Nami: Urgent Surgery Needed

Hi everyone,

My name is Julia, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit. My sweet dog Nami has been diagnosed with a serious medical condition that requires urgent surgery, and I need your help to give her the best chance at life.

Just recently, Nami underwent an ultrasound after showing some concerning symptoms. The vet discovered a mass on her spleen—a condition that is often cancerous and carries a high risk of internal bleeding if it ruptures. On top of that, we noticed a new skin mass the same day, which could potentially be a sign that the cancer has spread. We’re still waiting on testing to confirm, but if it has, the prognosis would be even more serious.

Dr. Kwon, our veterinarian, has recommended that we:

• Perform bloodwork to prepare for surgery,

• Sample the skin mass,

• And most importantly, remove Nami’s spleen through a surgical procedure called a splenectomy.

This surgery is critical—not just to prevent a life-threatening rupture, but also to confirm the nature of the tumor and give Nami the best shot at recovery.

Nami has been by my side through so many ups and downs. She’s my best friend, my family, and my emotional support. Facing this medical emergency has been overwhelming emotionally and financially. The cost of surgery, diagnostics, and follow-up care is more than I can manage on my own, which is why I’m turning to this community.
