Help Haven & Nalani during her recovery
Donation protected
Haven, a single father of four, is in dire need of our help and prayers. Last week, his youngest daughter, Nalani, collapsed after her legs gave out for no apparent reason. She has been unable to stand or walk since, with her waist down basically paralyzed. She underwent several tests but Floyd Hospital couldn’t find a cause. Consequently, they were referred to CHOA on Saturday. Today, they received the heartbreaking news that Nalani had suffered a spinal stroke. As scary as this sounds, Haven is already stressed about his other three children not being with him. To make matters worse, they’ve been told they’ll need to stay several more weeks for inpatient intensive rehab to regain her strength and hopefully return to her playful and silly self. Haven is now having to worry about finances at home while being out of work with no income. I kindly request anyone who can help during this difficult time to offer any assistance. Haven is truly deserving, and he would be more than willing to give anything to anyone in need. I would be honored if our community could come together and support him during this challenging time. Haven wouldn’t dare ask for help and would do without before even telling me that he didn’t have money for himself to buy a meal while he’s there. Please keep Nalani in your prayers and Haven as well as he is a nervous wreck during this time and the sole and only provider for his children. Thank you in advance to anyone that’s able to donate any amount and for the prayers.
Sincerely,
Savannah (Haven’s Friend)
