Hello, kind friends and animal lovers!

My beloved dog Nala is currently undergoing surgery for uterine inflammation, a condition that caught us by surprise. This sweet girl, who's turning 6 years old this year, has been my rock during my time as a student. She's been there for me through thick and thin, lifting my spirits and keeping me sane.

Unfortunately, Nala's surgery and treatment cost 50,000 SEK, and as a student, I've had to use all my savings to cover the expenses. I used to have insurance for her, but I decided to invest the money in stocks to let it grow for future needs. Never did I imagine she'd face such a serious health issue so suddenly.

I'm currently writing my thesis and plan to graduate this year. However, I'm no longer receiving financial aid from the government, and I'm living off my savings. As you can imagine, this has made everything quite challenging.

That's why I'm reaching out to you all for help. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated to help me cover the cost of Nala's treatment and surgery. All funds raised will go directly towards her medical expenses.

Nala's recovery means the world to me, and I'm determined to see her back to her healthy, happy self. If we manage to raise more than the cost of her surgery, I will donate the remaining funds to a local animal care center to help other pets in need.

[UPDATE 29/4 3PM] Great News from the Veterinarian!

I just received a call from the veterinarian, and I'm thrilled to share that Nala's surgery appears to have gone as planned! If all continues to go well, I may be able to pick her up either tomorrow or on Monday.
