A week ago, my sweet dog Nala injured her leg and tore her ACL. She can barely walk, and it breaks my heart to see her in pain. Right now, I’m managing her discomfort with medication from the veterinarian, but she needs surgery to heal and get back to her energetic self. As a mom of a one year old and currently not working, I simply don’t have the funds to cover this unexpected expense.

Nala is our family’s heart—an 8-year-old husky/border collie mix with striking blue eyes and a spirit full of life. She brings so much joy and love into our home, and the thought of coming back to a house without her just wouldn’t feel right. The funds raised will go directly toward her surgery and the three months of recovery she’ll need afterward, giving her the best chance to run and play again.
