This is Nala. She’s only 4 years old — a street dog who has likely spent her whole life surviving on her own. She just had puppies… and instead of being safe and cared for, she was hit by a car and left with a shattered leg.

After everything she’s endured — living on the streets, becoming a mama, fighting to survive — she was placed on the euthanasia list because her injuries

. The only way to save her life is through amputation.

When I met her, I didn’t see a hopeless case. I saw a tired, hurting soul who has never truly known safety or love — yet she still trusts. She still looks at you with soft eyes. She still wants to live.

Nala has survived so much on her own. She deserves more than just survival. She deserves comfort. She deserves a home. She deserves a chance to heal and live without pain.

I couldn’t let her story end on a cold shelter list. I chose her, and now I’m asking for help to give her the future she’s never had. Funds will go directly toward her amputation surgery and recovery so she can finally experience what it means to be safe, loved, and pain-free.
