Hi Everyone,

-My name is Naki Webb and my life has changed dramatically this past Summer. These have been the most difficult experiences of my life and it was very hard to open up and make this public but I’m in dire need of any help I can get. Prior to this summer 2021, life was moving in the right direction with my career and I was saving up to own a home. That all has changed because of the consecutive events, that I explain below.

-I am the victim of an investment scam. Over time, I built a genuine rapport with who I thought was a friend. We discussed crypto currency investments. I fact checked his information and it appeared to be accurate. Unfortunately, the brokerage /website he had me use to invest (CenterAssets.com) is fraudulent all together. I tried to transfer my profits from the website back to my bank, my account was frozen, and their “customer service” advised I needed to send them $7,000 more dollars to withdraw my funds. This is when I realized I had been scammed. The website has since been shut down. My total loss exceeds $15,000, down the drain. I owe over $16,000 to PSECU. My credit dropped over 110 points, my income is suffering tremendously, and this has ruined my capability to move forward with the possibility of purchasing my first home through Naca.com anytime soon. CenterAssets.com has since been since, been shut down.

-I thought I could make it work, then on of my dearest friends, Michaela Daily took her life shortly after the scamming incident. We are all still mourning her loss. It caused me for the first time in my life to experience heavy depression, sleep paralysis, night terrors, hair loss, and on some mornings I literally have been unable to move,

-Shortly after, my car that I had not finished paying off was totaled by a huge manhole protruding from the middle of the road! My airbags deployed, windshield cracked and much more. A nearby SEPTA bus wasn’t even able to pass the manhole. All of the Lawyers I have consulted with have been unhelpful because they believe there were no evident injuries from the accident. Unfortunately, I still owe over $1,000 on my old car. I borrowed a friends car for work and two weeks later his car suddenly started smoking while I was on my way to work, and wouldn’t move.

- Over the next few weeks, I ended up spending about $50 per day Ubering/Lyfting to and from work. This is about half my daily compensation. My bank account for savings (and uber) is now overdrafted. My main account is not far behind.

-These events really fueled my depression to an all-time high and I’ve never felt worse in my life. My mood changed, I often didn’t have an appetite, I'm having negative thoughts, loss of tolerance for small things, physical pains for no apparent reason, and self-destructive decisions. I have since, shaved my hair for my health and sanity.

- My brother has recently (though not this Summer) began suffering from mental illness. It’s devastating to experience a loved one living a normal life then suddenly they begin having episodes, arguing with people who aren’t physically present, sitting in the middle of the street yelling at cars, and consistent self-chatter. I’m still trying to digest and help out. It’s just way too much to deal with all at one time.

-I also recently received a letter in the mail from Unemployment chasing me for $3000 accumulative overpayment they gave me almost 3 years ago after I left an insurance company.

-During my car problems/mental state, I have missed quite a few days of work. Last week my job informed me that, due to the absences, my performance incentives will be taken away until February 2022. As a top performer at my workplace, incentives are a third of my income.

-Today, 9/29/2021 I was terminated from my job. I won’t be eligible for unemployment while I job search. If I saw any light at the end of the tunnel, I truly just don’t see it anymore.

For these reasons, I am asking for your help in any way possible, as such:

-Any information or resources to recover funds lost in the $15,000 investment scam. (Please don’t send an investment recovery resource you aren’t familiar with as I’ve done research and many of those are scams as well) It would be nice to have a lawyer experienced in crypto scams involved. I’ve already reported to the FTC, the CTFC, PSECU, and Ciphertrace.com and filed a police report.

-Career opportunities.

-If you or anyone you know sells cars or knows someone selling (or giving away) an economic and functioning car please reach out.

-Any information about how my brother can get on some type of disability would be amazing. Working isn’t an option for him at this point in his mental health, and he depends on us (his immediate family) for financial needs and housing.

-I’m currently looking into therapy as well temporarily.

If I am able to move past some or most of these hardships and focus on getting back to where I was prior to Summer 2021, you all would literally be saving a life.
