My name is Najah Hamad. I am a mother and grandmother living in Gaza with my extended family of 16 people — from grandparents to the youngest grandchildren. 

 We once lived together in a humble three-story home. 

It wasn’t luxurious, but it was ours — built with years of hard work, laughter, and love. 

 Within those walls, we raised our children. 

We shared warm meals, celebrated birthdays, and found comfort in being close. 

That house held our entire life. 

 But war doesn’t knock. It destroys.

 In an instant, missiles turned everything into rubble. The three stories collapsed, burying our memories, our belongings, and our sense of safety. All gone — in seconds. 

 Now, the 16 of us are crammed into one small room — the only space we could salvage by digging through debris with our own hands. 

 There is no clean water, no privacy, not enough food, and no relief. 

The children go to bed hungry. 

Our elderly are getting weaker by the day. 

And every moment feels like we’re living on the edge. 

 We are not asking for comfort. 

We are asking for the bare minimum to survive. 

 We need $30,000 to:

 • Provide food and clean water for 16 people

 • Rebuild at least one or two livable rooms 

 • Buy essential medicine and hygiene supplies

 • Offer our children the chance to feel safe again — even just a little 

 This amount won’t restore our home, but it will give us a chance to live with dignity — and keep our family from falling apart.
