For the last 3 years, we (Nailed Shut) have been touring completely independently across the U.S. using only our personally owned vehicles to get from state to state. We have gone from touring in Owen's Honda Pilot to Jakes Honda Civiv, to Asher's Subaru Outback to ultimately renting our friend's cargo van for the last tour down South. It’s been fucking crazy.

As this dream of touring as an independent hardcore band has quickly grown for us, opportunity has caused us to very much so be in need of a reliable touring vehicle to travel in for any upcoming tours. We really couldn't be more excited to be in a position where we are being offered more and more killer opportunities causing us to be in need of such a vehicle. We never thought we’d even get to this point as a band, so the fact that we’re here is such a cool feeling.

Although the following years will still likely call for strenuous 8-10 hour drives through the night, hardwood floor sleeps, and meatball hoagie Wawa dinners, we are in need of help to continue our touring endeavors.

To help us promote our need for a van, Nailed Shut will be playing our final Boston show of 2025, on October 23rd as a free show, single band 45 min to an hour set at the Lynch Family Skate Park to help us raise funds for this van! We will also be selling one special merch at this show where all funds will go towards our van.

The last 3 years as a band has created more dreams coming true and opportunities than we could have ever fathomed when starting this thing, and we don't plan to slow down any time soon.
