Last year, my life fell completely apart after I watched my baby Nahum go from being a healthy, vibrant baby to lifeless in front of my eyes. No words could or can describe the pain or trauma that comes after losing your baby, a part of yourself. I struggled with very little help. I lost my home, my job, friends, family, and discovered there are very limited resources for mental health assistance. By God's grace, I was able to find strength and start overcoming grief and not let it overtake me.

I made a promise to God that if He gave me beauty for ashes and pulled me through, I would make a difference and be the help that I desperately needed. I have been pouring literal blood, sweat, and tears into creating businesses and streams of income to self-sponsor a foundation in my baby’s honor.

I currently run a micro bakery, Aaron & Aminah's Homemade Cookies and More, as well as Ezekito's Taqueria y Más (named after my baby Nahum Ezekiel). I’ve been doing pretty well, but I need more reach.

Through Nahum's foundation, I have been able to give away take-home basics to struggling mothers, provide gas, and groceries, but I want to expand resources by offering monetary support to help cover loss expenses for struggling families as well as provide partially and/or fully covered mental health and grief services.
