I am starting this fundraiser for myself as I face a colorectal cancer diagnosis. Right now, I need my first surgery, and the remaining cost is $2,800 after insurance and after several friends have already sent money to help. I am not in a place to pay that amount anytime soon, but this surgery is urgently needed to help prevent the cancer from growing or spreading. Asking for help is not easy, but I am doing everything I can to move forward with treatment and take care of my health.

The support from this fundraiser will go directly toward the costs connected to my care, including the surgery, the anesthesiologist, pre- and post-op care, and medication.
