Hi I’m Ellie and I’m raising funds for my best friend and her family. Ashley and Porter are happily married, doing their best to navigate this world with two young kids, a dog named Bean and a kitty named Nacho.

I know what you’re thinking…he’s just a cat. Dear reader, if only that was the truth; Nacho is a beloved member of a family and huge part of their children’s lives. He was struck by a vehicle on Wednesday night, but managed to claw his way back home . After many tears and hours of worry we can gladly report that he is in stable condition now, but requires surgery/amputation on his leg in order to make a full recovery.

This presents somewhat of a mountain of unforeseen veterinary debt to the tune upward of $9,000.
