On Sunday May 4th, Nabila and Marissa experienced an unimaginable tragedy when a devastating fire destroyed their home in Fairfield, ME. In a matter of minutes, they lost everything—every cherished belonging, every bit of stability, and, most heartbreakingly, four of their beloved dogs. These dogs were their family, and their loss is deeply painful.

Four of their other dogs miraculously survived but they needed immediate medical treatment. Two of them require more intensive care and extended hospitalization in addition to an at-home oxygen chamber for when they are ready to come home. The road ahead will be long, emotionally and financially.

If you know Nabila and Marissa, you know they are the first to show up for others—volunteering, giving, and helping however they can. Now it's our turn to support them.

-Emergency veterinary bills for the surviving dogs

-Cremation and memorial costs for the four lost pups

-Basic essentials like clothing, food, and temporary shelter
