Our dear cousin, Naban Azhar, a 26-year-old husband and father, is in critical condition after a tragic and senseless act of violence.
What started as a verbal dispute turned into a nightmare when armed individuals opened fire on him. Naban was struck by three bullets in his right leg and one in his left. He is now fighting for his life at Mayo Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan, surrounded by devastated family members praying for a miracle.
His injuries are so severe that doctors have no choice but to perform a life-saving above-the-knee amputation to stop the spread of infection and save him.
The emotional and physical toll is overwhelming — but the financial burden is equally heavy. We are raising funds to help Naban afford a bionic prosthetic leg and the long road to recovery that lies ahead. These devices are costly, and his family simply cannot bear the expense alone.
This is not just about saving a leg — it’s about giving Naban a chance to stand again, walk again, and be the father and husband he dreams of being. Naban is a devoted son, husband, and the proud father of a beautiful one-year-old daughter.
