Hello I am Melissa, well Myssy Sullivan. Nine years ago, I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. Yeah, I had no idea what it was either. It is a neuro muscular junction disease….kinda like MS. It is rare, no cure and treatments are few and far between. I have my good days were I am Myssy. Then, there are the bad days. Let me tell you about them. My arms and legs are like noodles. Some days I physically can not get out of bed. My eyes…useless. I see two to three objects at a time. My biggest problem lately is walking. I cannot get 50 feet without sitting down. I cannot go shopping for my family. I can not walk any of my dogs. I cannot enjoy what little of my life I still have. What I need now is an electric wheelchair. I am trying to get Medicare to get one, but that will be take some time. I will also have to pay 20% of the cost. I will also have to buy a ramp for my car. I have a hitch on my car so that a a plus. I am just asking if you have it in your heart to help me enjoy time with my family and my brand new granddaughter. I would be forever grateful
