Help Myrissa and Ruby

I'm making this on behalf of my little sister Myrissa and her fur baby Ruby. Myrissa is the type of person who would never ask for help herself; but also the type of person who would help anyone in a heartbeat.
Myrissa and Ruby are a dynamic duo and love each other immensely. I don't think Myrissa could imagine her world without her Ruby.
I'm starting this fundraiser for my sister because Ruby had an unexpectedly terrible weekend.
It started off last Friday, June 4th, when Myrissa woke up and realized Ruby wasn’t on the bed (which is very unusual of her). Myrissa found her panting heavily in the corner, ears and tail down, not acting like herself at all.
Ruby was perfectly fine the night before, so Myrissa immediately took her to their vet in Duluth. They come to find out that Ruby had a fever of 105° and almost no white blood cells. She only had 1/4 of the amount that they would even consider low.
They kept Ruby there all day and sent her home with meds and a referral to the Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota in Oakdale.
Later that night, Myrissa checked her temp again and it spiked to 105.6°. Myrissa and her boyfriend Ian took Ruby straight to the vet in Oakdale. Ruby got admitted to the ICU and spent the whole weekend there. She got to come home on Sunday with meds and follow-up appointments.
Tuesday, June 8th: Ruby had a follow-up with her primary and they checked her blood work to find her white blood cells in a normal range besides the neutrophil cells (the cells that fight off infections) has remained really, really low.
Wednesday, June 9th: Myrissa brought Ruby back down to the vet in Oakdale and they performed an ultrasound. The ultrasound came back great. They decided to put her under full anesthesia and perform a procedure that takes out bone marrow so they can send it to a pathologist for testing. Since she is young and healthy, the professionals are leaning more towards an auto immune disease, but it's still unknown for awhile.
This was a terrible weekend for their family and a large financial burden. Myrissa is really kicking herself for not having pet insurance.
She has so far spent around $7,000. Ruby means everything to her and she of course didn't hesitate to pay. If you know my sister, whether she’s your family, friend, hairstylist, or just a fellow dog mom--please consider donating. If not, please share this post/continue to pray for Ruby!
