Myranda shooter has officially been apprehended Thank you everyone!

Myranda has been transferred to an intensive inpatient rehabilitation facility where she will be spending 4-5 hours a day doing intensive PT and OT to learn how to live life as a paraplegic.

She is still determined to one day walk again. She does have sensation on her right leg to her knee and has been able to move her legs using her hip flexors which is amazing!

We are on the hunt for handicap accessible housing for her for when she leaves this facility

My name is Jessica and I am the sister of Myranda. On 10/19/2025 at 2:30 AM, Myranda and her boyfriend were leaving the Division Sports Pub when they witnessed a man being attacked by three other people.

Her boyfriend attempted to break up the fight to save this man's life, and one of the attackers pulled a weapon. My sister was shot in the back, and she walked back to her car with her boyfriend.

The bullet lodged in her spine and ripped through her stomach. She has lost a kidney and currently has no stimuli to her legs.

She is a young mother to two beautiful girls and had just finally started to rebuild her life

She has a long road of recovery ahead of her that would require massive amounts of home improvements for accommodations, rehabilitation, and bills as she was the only one working when this happened.

Please help share the word, and if you can help ease the burden of her medical bills and home bills so she has a place to return to when released, that would be amazing.
