I am going through a medical emergency that has turned my life upside down in a matter of days. Like so many people, I have been living paycheck to paycheck, and one emergency has been enough to put everything at risk. Over the past two weeks, I have spent time in emergency rooms, and I also had a 5-day hospital stay. Now I am facing an upcoming surgery that will keep me out of work for at least another week while I recover.

Because I am unable to work, I am struggling to keep up with basic expenses at the exact moment I need stability the most. I am now facing the possibility of eviction while trying to focus on healing. This fundraiser will help me keep a roof over my head as I recover from surgery and get back on my feet.
