Help Myra Beat Leukemia!

Donation protected
On July 24, 2018 Myra and John went to the ER when a pesky sore throat took a turn for the worst.  After running a few tests, the doctor told Myra she was to immediately be checked into the University of Iowa Hospital as her white blood cell count was way too high.

Myra has a form of Leukemia, the doctors are still running tests to identify exactly which strain, APL or AML.  Either way, they believe it was caught early and the prognosis for a cure is very positive.  But it is cancer and, as with all cancers, the road to a cure will be a long.

Myra will be staying in the hospital for the next 30 to 40 days receiving chemo treatment daily/continuously, then, depending on how Myra's body responds and the type of Leukemia, the doctors will determine the next appropriate treatment program.

Please help us support Myra and John and their five kids, John Wyatt (18), Zach (17), Jessica (14), Garrett (10) and Violet (3) on their journey back to health.
