Help Myra Heal Her Heart and Continue Her Mission of Helping Others

As many of you know and for those of you who don't, I’m Myra. I’m a dedicated humanitarian, a naturopath, and I run a bookkeeping business that many of you are familiar with. My life has always been about helping others—whether it’s volunteering on staff for my church for 25 years, supporting The Way to Happiness and Drug-Free World and other humanitarian campaigns on my own time, helping my bookkeeping clients, or simply being there for my community.

I’m reaching out because I’m facing a health challenge and an overwhelming amount of debt as a result that I can’t solve on my own. While I’ve stayed extremely healthy overall, I was born with a genetic heart condition that’s been getting steadily worse over the years. Since around 2021, it’s become a real problem, and this year alone (2025) I’ve had to visit the emergency room a number of times—three times in just the span of four days in Sept 2025. Needless to say, this is not sustainable long-term—financially or otherwise—and it’s very much disrupting my life right now.

While I have tried to be very proactive and I have done (and am doing) everything I can (diet, supplements, etc.) on my own to solve this, unfortunately my situation is just not that simple. I have also seen many, many specialists and doctors over the years to no avail. I’m now seeking treatment at one of the top functional medicine institutes in the world. This advanced care is my best hope at this point to getting this resolved.

I just want to get my health and life back so I can be stable and fully operational and return to high productivity as a fully contributing member of my Church and society. I’m truly desperate to get my body functional again as you can probably imagine. When you lose your health, you lose everything -- this has become so real to me in the most sobering way over the last few years and my heart goes out to anyone and everyone out there who has ever experienced similar health scares in their lives. I promise to do everything I can to help others in my role as a naturopath once I have fully recovered.
