I am an multi-disciplinary artist whose art includes singing, songwriting, producing, poetry and visual art. For those curious, the genres of music I make blends bedroom pop, neo-psychedelia, synthpop, dream pop all into a special cosmic blend of avant-pop music. I set up a GoFundMe for two reasons: to finance my upcoming projects and another is to start a vanity record label for my upcoming projects.

I have started a small netlabel named You Are Electric Media. The reason for using "media" instead of "records" is because the label will be moving beyond merely making music, but also directing videos, maybe short films. I plan to release some of my most ambitious projects on that label. It's been my dream to take what I do to a bigger level for the longest. And my hopes is that you guys would be interested.

Now, in these trying times (to put it mildly), to expect help for professional projects would seem a bit selfish. People are starving, homeless, and there are predictions of a depression on the way. The least of anyone's worries should be a man with a passion project needing help to bring anything to life right now. But if you feel any bit of interest in helping me push forward with this, I would be grateful.
