Help Myles Stay And Thrive In New York

Hello, family, friends, friends-of-family, and anyone else who I am lucky to have viewed this.

My name is Myles Lee-Carter and I have fallen short on funding needed to be able to safely stay and support myself here in New York. I came out to New York by myself at the age of 18 years old in 2023 for college and to pursue my career and personal aspirations ranging from modeling, music, and acting. I have spent my 2 years out here working 2-3 jobs to support myself financially and be able to fund my passions and projects that I love while making New York my 2nd home away from California. Unfortunately, due to monthly bills, personal investments, college funds, unexpected tragedy and rent; I have started to dwindle in the funding and security that I need to able to continue my life in New York and achieve the dreams that I came here to reach. This has been the breaking point for me and has left me a possible option to go back to California and rebuild my life back home, which means I would be leaving behind the new-found life that I’ve built here for the 2 years I’ve stayed in New York and starting over again. I want to stay here in New York and prove that I can become the talented, intelligent, successful and hardworking, gay, black man that I always sought out to be while continuing to strive for my dream career as a Musical Artist and an Actor.
