We’re incredibly proud to share that our son, Myles, a Marlow 7th grader, was nominated by his teacher, Mrs. Sara Sloan, to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C. She recognized Myles as a student with scholastic merit, maturity, and strength of character needed to represent Marlow Middle School, and we couldn’t be more honored as his parents.

This conference is a wonderful opportunity for Myles to grow as a young leader, learn from inspiring mentors, and represent his school and community on a national stage. We want to do everything we can to support him in this journey, but attending the conference comes with significant expenses, including the conference fee and travel costs. Because most of our family and friends live outside of Oklahoma, the fundraisers the program offers aren’t really a good option for us, so the program recommended setting up a GoFundMe to help make this possible.
