Help Mya Graduate

Hello, my name is Mya Walters and I’m a graduating senior at Oakwood University. This is my 5th year here at OU and by Gods grace I’ll be walking across the stage in May!
During my time here at Oakwood I have been very intentional about staying active on campus and molding my leadership skills. Through different ministries, clubs on campus, and student government I’ve learned more about myself and how to interact with people from various backgrounds. This has allowed me to be flexible in the work place and at school and adjust to new environments comfortably.
Semester after semester I’ve received scholarships and money from the financial Aid office so that I could stay in school. Unfortunately, because I am in my 5th year of school, I’m limited on the amount I’m able to receive and the scholarships I can apply for. So now I’m asking my village and others to help me finish this journey. I know that this time is hard for many, but I’m hoping that those that read this can donate. No amount is too small (or too large lol). And to those that read this and can’t, or won’t, donate, I ask that you share this with as many as you can and send a prayer up for me.

It gets hard sometimes and I’ve been ready to give up or take a break on multiple occasions, but I also believe that God has a plan for my life. Thank you all in advance!
