My name is Ek Bahadur Rana Magar from Bardiya, Nepal. My beloved wife, Sita Ramjali Magar, is from Banke, Nepal. We were happily married on 13th October, 2024, to start a new life together. We had dreams and plans for life. Sita was full of life, aspiring to be a Lawyer. She is the youngest and only educated member of the family. But destiny had other plans.

The world before us collapsed when my wife was diagnosed with Lung Cancer (Stage 4)

We have already used all of our savings. We have borrowed money from relatives and friends. But the costs continue to rise every day. The money is insufficient to cure the cancer.

Despite the odds, we are young and hopeful to build our dreams together. We need your help to fight Cancer.

How It Started

On the morning of 13th April, 2025, my wife suddenly began to cry from severe chest pain. The pain slowly moved to her right arm, burning, numbness, and unbearable. We consulted neurologists & orthopedic doctors and changed hospitals multiple times. Medicines kept changing, but her pain only worsened.

MRI and CT scan showed a lesion (damaged tissue) in her right lung and another in her backbone (T3 vertebra), with the possibility of cancer.

Diagnosis of Cancer in Delhi, India

We are at AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in Delhi for further treatment. Far away from home, without support, just courage, hope, and the desire to live a life.

After PET-CT, the results showed:

Treatment Plan & Costs

Sita has begun chemotherapy, followed by radiation therapy. The treatment is long, painful, and expensive, especially while living away from home in India.
