Help! My Wife's Mother Needs to Go into ICU ASAP!

Hi everyone!
My wife’s mom she needs to go into ICU. Turns out her diabetes progressed further. She collapsed earlier this morning and has to have air manually pumped into her lungs for now. Her liver is failing and her lungs are constantly filling up with water. Each day in ICU costs roughly Php 150,000 (roughly 3,000 USD). We have no idea how long she’ll be in there for. Any help is very much appreciated.
