Hi,
I am fundraising for my village in Lebanon to get necessary medications and baby formulas for those who need it.
WHY?
Because ever since the collapse of the country's central bank in 2019, the currency lost 90% of its value and as a result there is a severe shortage of medicine, gasoline, bread etc....
There are many people in Lebanon that are dying because they cannot find medicines as simple as antibiotics, blood pressure medicines, blood thinners and diabetes medicines.
I decided to act!
And support our village. The village's name is Kherbet Qanafar which is located in Lebanon's Agriculture valley, the "Bekaa Valley."
With the help of my cousin in Lebanon, I set up a system where we would get a list of the medications from the village pharmacy. Then, we hired a company to fly to Turkey and purchase the necessary medications and bring those medications to our village where they are distributed to those who are on the pharmacy's list. We already sent $6000, but we need more. The situation in Lebanon is not getting any better and winter is around the corner. We know of elderly people who desperately need medicines and infants who need baby formulas.
The situation is extremely dire. Please help!
Any donation will save a life.
