Help my trans friend Adrianna eat and leave the USA

My friend Adrianna needs help for food and getting out of the USA. She's been losing 10 pounds a month from not having enough to eat and, as a trans woman, is very unsafe in the USA, especially in her state, iowa, where trans people lost their civil rights protections.
